1. Do you require an appointment and how long will it take to complete the repairs?
We don’t require appointments but we do recommend them to ensure your vehicle will be repaired in a more timely fashion. We try to complete most repairs the same day. If we suspect the vehicle will take longer than one day, we will advise you as early as possible to transportation arrangements can be made in advance.

2. What if I need to drop my car off before you open or after hours?
We have an After Hours Drop Box. Take an envelope and fill it out completely. Be sure to include a phone number(s) that is best for our service department to reach you at. Place your keys in the envelope and seal it. Place envelope in the drop box.

3. Do you provide towing service?
Towing is available 24 hours a day through several local towing companies that we recommend.

4. Do you have a warranty?
Absolutely! We offer 12 months/12,000 miles on parts and labor when OEM parts are installed. If after-market parts are used, the warranty specified by the supplier is active. CLICK HERE for more detailed warranty information.

5. What kinds of cars do you repair and what services do you perform?
Marty’s Auto Works is a complete automotive repair center that provides ASE certified service for all foreign and domestic cars and trucks. As a complete automotive repair center, we make sure to provide reliable service for a wide range of different repair jobs. 6. What does it mean if my “check engine” or “service engine soon” light comes on?
There are many sensors and computerized components that manage your vehicle’s engine performance and emissions. When one of these fails, the “check engine” light is illuminated. Although your car may seem to run fine, it is important to have the issue addressed to prevent long-term problems.

7. What should I do if my car starts to overheat?
This is a very serious problem – if your car overheats for too long, you can damage your engine. As soon as possible, find a safe place to pull off the road and shut the engine off! Do not attempt to check the fluid level in the radiator; the hot fluid can cause severe burns. The best thing to do is have your car towed to Marty’s Auto Works for diagnosis.

8. When should I have my oil and filter changed on my car?
Manufacturers generally recommend that you replace your car’s oil and oil filter every 3,000 miles or every 3 months; whichever comes first.

9. Do you offer shuttle services or rental cars?
We offer free shuttle service to help you get where you need to be while your vehicle is being repaired and pick you up when it’s done. We can also help you arrange a rental car when needed.
